Frequently Asked:

  • What happens next?

I'll personally review your message and get back to you within 24 hours. We'll talk about your project, answer your questions, and if we're a good fit, I'll send you a detailed quote before anything is booked.

  • What should I wear?

Wear something that feels like you. Solid colors and simple patterns usually photograph best, but the right outfit depends on the type of session we're creating. Whatever you choose, make sure it's clean and wrinkle-free, since wrinkles tend to stand out more in photographs than they do in person. If you're not sure what to wear, I'm happy to help you decide before your session. You don't have to figure it out on your own.

  • Can I bring someone with me?

Absolutely. If having a parent, spouse, friend, or someone you trust by your side helps you feel more comfortable, they're more than welcome to join us. Being photographed can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make the experience as relaxed as possible. If bringing someone along helps you enjoy the session, I'm all for it.

  • What if I don't like having my picture taken?

You're talking to the wrong guy—I hate having my picture taken. Most people who stand in front of my camera tell me the exact same thing. That's why I don't expect you to show up knowing what to do. Just bring your best attitude, and I'll take care of the rest. I'll guide you through the session, keep things easy, and make sure you leave wondering why you were nervous in the first place.

  • When will I receive my images?

I always do my best to deliver your finished images within 7 days, and many sessions are completed even sooner. If you need your images by a specific date, let me know when you book so I can plan accordingly. Rush editing may be available for an additional fee, depending on my schedule.

  • Where is your studio located?

    My studio is located at:

    1 Oak St
    Newbury, MA 01951

If we're meeting somewhere else—at your office, an event venue, or another location—we'll confirm all the details before your session.

  • What if the weather doesn't cooperate?

If we're planning an outdoor session and the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll reschedule. I'd rather photograph you in great conditions than have everyone standing in the rain pretending they're having a good time. We'll keep an eye on the forecast and make the call together.

  • Can I share ideas or inspiration before my session?

Absolutely. If you've seen photos you like, have a Pinterest board, or just have a few ideas you'd like to try, send them my way. They help me understand your vision and give us a great place to start. Just remember, every session is unique, and we'll create images that feel like you—not just a copy of someone else's.
